Brian Stratton is a creative and enthusiastic photographer. With more than thirty years’ experience, he has worked with a wide variety of styles: landscapes, portraits, glamour and even the odd book jacket.

Making the change from traditional SLR photography to digital was a turning point which opened up a whole new world of effects and image manipulation.

This provides the opportunity to turn a photograph into a work of art which in turn is then printed onto block canvas.

Brian now concentrates primarily on two main areas: the more traditional photographic images of landscapes - countryside and coastal - and also abstract pieces created using colour, texture and form to reflect moods and feelings.

His influences include Mies van der Rohe, JMW Turner and Kandinsky

His other interests include fitness training, football and formula one.
