Terms and Conditions

1. COPYRIGHT: Copyright of the artwork remains with Brian Stratton. Title of artwork ownership will pass to the purchaser. Prints are individually numbered and signed.
   
2. PAYMENT: Payment is to be made in full when placing the order. All major credit and debit cards are accepted and payment can also be made by cheque, P.O or cash. Every sale shall be deemed to be made in England and therefore English law shall govern the total of all transactions.
   
3. FIRM SALE ONLY: All images are supplied on a ’Firm Sale Only’ basis and are not supplied on approval.
   
4. DELIVERY: Each artwork is made to order so please allow 28 days for delivery. You will be sent an email immediately the item is despatched.. Delivery outside of the UK may be subject to change. Purchases from some countries outside of the UK may attract duty. Responsibility for such duties rest with the purchaser.
   
5. CONFIDENTIALITY: Information collected during the purchasing or commissioning process is strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third party.
   
6. IMAGE VARIATION: Please note that due to screen resolution and differing print processes, there may be a very slight variation in colour and appearance of finished artwork.
